Dr. Sanjay Borude is an Obesity and Bariatric Surgeon with 20+ years of experience. He is the Founding Member of Obesity Surgery Society of India, Life Member of the Association of Surgeon of India, and representative of Asia-Pacific Chapter IFSO, 2010.
He completed his MBBS from the University of Bombay in 1983 and went on to do his MS – General Surgery from the same university in 1988.
He has also received several Fellowships from the International Federation for Surgery of Obesity, International College of Surgeons, and Asia Pacific Bariatric Surgery Society. He currently holds the record for operating on an 11-month-old baby and now pursuing childhood obesity also.
Dr. Borude had the privilege of learning Obesity Surgery at renowned centers in the USA, Belgium, and Spain, and he has received many honors and awards for his work in the field of Bariatric Surgery.
