Received R C Garg Memorial award for best paper entitled “A clinicopathological study of abdominal tuberculosis” published in Indian Journal of Tuberculosis in 1992.
Life member of Indian Society of Gastroenterology, Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy of India and International member of American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.
