Dr. P. Manokar is an Interventional Cardiology having more than 11 years of expertise. He earned his MBBS from the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in 2000, his MD from the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in 2003, and his DM from the University of Mumbai in 2007. Services provided by him includes Coronary Angiogram, Cardiac Catheterisation, Pacemaker Implantation, ASD / VSD Device Closure, Patent Ductus Artriosus Device Closure, Balloon Mitral Valvuloplasty, and many more.
Dr. Manokar holds fellowships with the American College of Cardiology, the Society of Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions, the European Society of Cardiology, the Asia-Pacific Society of Interventional Cardiology, and the International Medical Sciences Academy. He is also a life member of the Ambattur-Avadi Branch of the Indian Medical Association, the Association of Physicians of India, the Cardiological Society of India, and the Association of Physicians of India, Chennai Chapter. A Rare Association of Cor Triatriatum Sinister with Congenitally Corrected Transposition of Great Arteries’ and ‘Overview of Alpha-blockers in Hypertension: Reappraisal of Perspectives’ are two articles he has produced.
He’s given a few talks about cone entrapment in endovascular aortic repair for aortic ulcers and balloon mitral valvotomy. He was a co-investigator in the Multi-Sensor Monitoring in Congestive Heart Failure Trial, Warfarin Vs Aspirin in Patients with Reduced Cardiac Ejection Fraction, and Warfarin Vs Aspirin in Patients with Reduced Cardiac Ejection Fraction.
