Dr Raghu Nagaraj has completed his masters in Orthopedics from the premier institute of SMS Medical College, Jaipur.After completing his masters, he worked as junior consultant in arthroscopy department in MIOT Hospitals, Chennai. Later, he then went to Dr David Rajan to obtain his prestigious fellowship from ISAKOS (approved course in arthroscopy & sports medicine) in Coimbatore. Later in 2012, he pursued his fellowship in Arthroplasty & Shoulder Surgery under renowned Surgeon, Prof. Med Dirk Baumann at Marien-Erwitte Hospital, Germany.
He is also trained in shoulder surgery from Seoul , South Korea , South Africa and USA. Dr Raghu Nagaraj is a Senior Consultant & practicing Orthopaedic Surgeon, specialized in Arthroscopy, Sports Medicine, Shoulder Surgery & Joint Replacements Surgery. He joined Hosmat Hospital, Bangalore in 2009 as a Consultant Surgeon in Arthroscopy & Sports Medicine. He has performed more than 5000 knee and shoulder surgeries & hundreds of Shoulder Surgeries since then. He is an expertise in Arthroscopy of Hip & Ankle joints. He specialises in Arthroscpy and Sports Medicine . He has undergone extensive specialised training in arthroscopy and shoulder surgery in India and Germany. He also performs all kinds of arthroscopy (key hole) surgeries of knee, shoulder,hip and ankle joints as well as knee and shoulder replacements
